Our commitment

Greenwich Health & Wellness LLC d/b/a Greenwich Rx ("Greenwich," "we," "us") is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or the technology used to browse it. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we review this statement whenever the site changes materially.

Standards we follow

We design and develop this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA is an ongoing target rather than a certified guarantee. We have not engaged a third party to formally audit or certify this site against the standard.

Measures we've taken

Accessibility is part of how we design and build every page on this site, not a pass applied at the end. Measures include:

• Semantic structure, headings, landmarks, and lists are marked up so screen readers and other assistive technology can navigate the page correctly.
• Keyboard access, every interactive element can be reached and operated without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
• Color contrast, text and interface colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast minimums.
• Text alternatives, meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Reduced motion, animations are minimized or removed for visitors who set a reduced-motion preference in their operating system.
• Responsive layout, pages remain usable when zoomed up to 200 percent and across mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some downloadable patient guides and inserts are provided as PDF documents that may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
• Embedded third-party content, such as the map on our Contact page, is subject to that provider's own accessibility practices, which are outside our direct control.

We are actively working to remediate these gaps. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know using the contact information below.

Compatible technology

This site is built to work with current and recent versions of major browsers, and with commonly used assistive technology, including screen readers, screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.
